Special Notice:  The Conference Secretariat will issue equivalent consumption credits via Macau Pass to these who booked the room previously via IJCAI-23 event portal. The Macau Pass Card is a widely used contactless smart card and mobile payment system in Macao, with over 4.5 million cards in circulation. Cancellation Policy:
1) Any cancellations received before 25 July 2023 (GMT+8, Macao local time) will result in a one-night cancellation fee.
2) There will be no refund or cancellation allowed after 25 July 2023 (GMT+8, Macao local time).
3) Refund is not allowed if no show-up. 
4) Refund will only be processed within 4 weeks after the conference.

1) The above rate is including 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax. 

2) Official Check-in time:   15:00
    Official Check-out time: 11:00

3) A Complimentary shuttle bus service from Macao International Airport, border gates, and ferry terminals to Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel will be provided.

4) Hotel receipt will be sent to your e-mail after payment in three working days. Alternatively, you can email the conference secretariat (ijcai2023macao@gmail.com) to request the hotel receipt after payment.
