UM Guest House  (Sold out!!!)

Located in N1, the exquisitely furnished UM Guest House provides a comfortable and quiet environment. UM Guest House provides 101 guest rooms, and all guest rooms will be equipped with full hotel amenities, and will provide guests with a modern, simple, charming and stylish accommodation experience.

The reservations are available on a limited basis. The earlier you reserve your room, the more likely it is you will secure your reservation.

Shared Room (Two Single Beds)

Our shared rooms have two single beds and the rate is for the entire room for up to two guests. Please note that all guests must be students.

Rate (for one room with two single beds)

HKD 440 per room per night, credit card charge and service charge are inclusive.

Notes:

1) Breakfast is exclusive, but guests can eat the breakfast at the canteen at their own expenses.

2) Official Check-in time:  15:00
   Official Check-out time: 11:00
3) Rooms at UM Guest House only can be booked by students. Postdocs are not classified as student.
4) Booking will be confirmed only upon full payment received.
5) All the booking are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
