Poster Size

The poster should be 841mm x 594mm (A1 Size) or 841 mm*1189 mm  (A0 Size), either landscape or portrait format is fine.  This is the size of the usable surface of the display panels. Do NOT exceed the size of the display panel.

Early-bird	HKD 200 (Before  20 July 2023）
Regular	HKD 300 (Before 10 August 2023）

All the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.
Poster Guidelines

Format:

·     1) Format of the poster either landscape or portrait format is fine.

·     2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
 3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
 4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1.5 – 2 meters (4 – 6 feet).

·     5)  Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Poster Printing File

Please send your poster printing file to ijcai2023macao@gmail.com, with the subject line of "IJCAI-23 Poster Printing file" no later than 23:59 Aug 10, 2023 (Macao Local Time).
Poster Pick-up
Posters will be distributed to Sheraton Grand Macao. And it can be picked up at the local arrangement team office during the conference on Aug 19 to 25, 2023 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
